이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 이용약관은 WNT STUDIO(이하 “회사” 또는 “사이트”)가 운영하는 온라인 쇼핑몰 및 관련 서비스의 이용조건과 운영에 관한 제반 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

본 약관에서 사용되는 주요 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

회원 : 본 약관에 동의하고 개인정보를 제공하여 회원등록을 한 자로서, 사이트에서 제공하는 서비스를 지속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자
비회원 : 회원가입을 하지 않고, 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 일시적으로 이용하는 자
아이디(ID) : 회원 식별과 서비스 이용을 위하여 회원이 설정하고 회사가 승인한 문자 및 숫자의 조합
비밀번호 : ID와 일치되는 회원임을 확인하고 개인정보 보호를 위해 회원 본인이 설정한 문자와 숫자의 조합
운영자 : 회사의 서비스 전반을 총괄하며 관리하는 자
이용계약 : 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원 간에 체결하는 계약

제3조 (약관의 명시와 개정)

① 본 약관은 회사 홈페이지 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.

② 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 개정내용과 적용일자를 명시하여 사전에 공지합니다.

제4조 (이용계약 체결)

① 회원가입은 이용자가 본 약관에 동의하고, 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 가입신청을 완료함으로써 성립합니다.

② 회사는 이용신청에 대해 승낙함을 원칙으로 하나, 아래의 경우에는 승낙을 하지 않을 수 있습니다:

1. 실명이 아니거나 타인의 정보를 도용한 경우

2. 가입 신청 시 허위 정보를 기재한 경우

3. 기타 이용자의 귀책 사유로 인하여 승낙이 곤란한 경우

제5조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

① 회사는 회원에게 아래와 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.

1. 주문 제작 상품(예: 실버, 도자기, 패브릭 등 굿즈)의 판매 및 정보 제공

2. IP 기반 콘텐츠 굿즈 기획 및 예약 판매

3. 기타 회사가 정하는 서비스

② 회사는 서비스의 품질 향상을 위해 필요 시 서비스의 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 그 내용을 사전 공지합니다.

제6조 (개인정보처리방침)

회사는 『개인정보 보호법』 등 관계 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 노력합니다. 개인정보의 수집, 이용, 보호 등 관련 사항은 별도 고지된 [개인정보처리방침]에 따릅니다.

제7조 (회사의 의무)

① 회사는 본 약관에서 정한 바에 따라 안정적이고 지속적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최선을 다합니다.

② 회사는 회원이 제기한 의견이나 불만이 정당하다고 판단되면 신속히 처리하며, 처리 지연 시 사유 및 처리 일정을 안내합니다.

제8조 (회원의 의무)

① 회원은 본 약관 및 운영 정책, 관련 법령을 준수해야 하며 다음의 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 회원정보에 허위내용 기재

2. 타인의 정보 무단 사용

3. 회사의 지적재산권 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 행위

4. 상품 리뷰 등에서 비방, 욕설, 명예훼손 등 부적절한 표현 사용

5. 기타 공서양속에 반하거나 법령에 위반되는 행위

제9조 (서비스 이용 시간)

회사의 서비스는 연중무휴, 1일 24시간 제공됨을 원칙으로 하나, 정기 점검, 시스템 장애, 천재지변 등의 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사전 또는 사후 공지합니다.

제10조 (계약 해지 및 서비스 탈퇴)

회원이 이용계약을 해지하고자 할 경우, 사이트 내 ‘회원탈퇴’ 절차를 통해 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 즉시 회원 정보 및 게시물은 관련 법령 및 회사 정책에 따라 삭제 또는 보관됩니다.

제11조 (서비스 이용 제한)

회사는 회원이 본 약관을 위반하거나 서비스 이용에 중대한 지장을 초래한 경우, 사전 통보 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 이용계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

제12조 (게시물의 관리)

① 회사는 회원이 등록한 게시물이 아래에 해당할 경우, 사전 통지 없이 삭제 또는 비공개 처리할 수 있습니다.

- 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 권리를 침해하는 경우

- 음란물, 폭력물 등 미풍양속을 해치는 내용

- 영리를 목적으로 하는 광고성 게시물

② 회원의 게시물로 인해 발생하는 모든 민·형사상 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.

제13조 (지적재산권)

사이트에 게시된 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 지적재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속되며, 회원은 이를 무단으로 복제, 배포, 상업적 이용할 수 없습니다.

제14조 (면책조항)

① 회사는 천재지변, 불가항력적 사유 또는 회원의 귀책사유로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

② 회사는 회원 간 또는 회원과 제3자 간의 거래로 발생한 분쟁에 개입하지 않으며, 그로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

부칙

본 약관은 2025년 7월 1일부터 시행합니다.

WNT STUDIO

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and all related matters of using the services provided by WNT STUDIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Site”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

The key terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:

Member: A person who agrees to these terms, provides personal information, and registers on the site to use the services continuously
Non-member: A user who uses the service temporarily without registering as a member
ID: A unique combination of characters and numbers designated by the member and approved by the company for identification and service use
Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to verify identity and protect privacy
Operator: A person who manages and oversees the overall operation of the service
Service Agreement: A contract entered into between the company and the member regarding service usage

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

These terms shall take effect once posted on the homepage or notified in another appropriate manner.
The Company may revise these terms in accordance with applicable laws and will notify users of the changes in advance with the effective date.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Agreement)

The Service Agreement is established when a user agrees to these terms and completes the registration process approved by the Company.
The Company may refuse or postpone approval for the following reasons:

1. False or stolen identity information

2. Incomplete or misleading registration

3. Other cases where approval is deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 5 (Services Provided)

The Company provides the following services:

1. Sales and information on custom-made products (e.g., silver, ceramic, fabric goods)

2. Planning and pre-order sales of creator/IP-based merchandise

3. Other services as determined by the Company
The Company may modify services to improve quality and will notify users of such changes.

Article 6 (Privacy Policy)

The Company complies with the “Personal Information Protection Act” and other related laws to protect user data. Collection and handling of data are governed by our separate [Privacy Policy].

Article 7 (Company’s Obligations)

The Company shall provide stable and uninterrupted services to the best of its ability.
The Company will make efforts to resolve user complaints promptly and inform users in case of delays.

Article 8 (Member Obligations)

Members must comply with these terms, operation policies, and relevant laws. They must not:

1. Submit false information

2. Use another person’s ID or information

3. Infringe intellectual property rights

4. Use offensive language or slander in reviews or posts

5. Violate public order or other legal regulations

Article 9 (Service Hours)

The service is available 24/7 unless interrupted by regular maintenance, system errors, or force majeure. Notices will be provided in advance when possible.

Article 10 (Termination and Withdrawal)

Users may terminate their membership at any time via the account withdrawal process. Upon termination, personal information and content will be deleted or retained per legal obligations.

Article 11 (Service Restrictions)

The Company may suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if they violate these terms or interfere with the service.

Article 12 (Management of Posts)

The Company may delete or hide posts that contain:

- Defamation or violation of third-party rights

- Obscene, violent, or illegal content

- Unauthorized advertisements or spam
The user is solely responsible for all content they upload.

Article 13 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content on the site belongs to the Company or rightful owners. Users may not use content for commercial purposes without authorization.

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or user negligence.
The Company is not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-posted content.

Addendum

These terms shall be effective as of July 1, 2025.
