The product is customized for handicrafts after payment. Return is not possible except if the product is defective.

We are not responsible for products damaged by consumer negligence. If repair is possible, a separate repair fee will be charged. If you can return/exchange it, it's the seller's fault (delivery of other products such as color, size, etc.).
